Meanwhile it also ensures that no students would drop out, by monitoring their progress post-enrolment. Further, it focuses on inculcating the transformational leadership among students. It works directly with the India’s largest education provider i.e. government schools, it places itself strategically to this system by making it sole working area. Bharat Calling creates a network between the private partners (N.G.O, Students and intellectuals) who bring in fresh ideas, effective tools and strategies to public partners’ (Government) reach. While achieving critical mass. It focuses on the root cause and transformational leadership. This strategy ensures effective utilization of government infrastructure and a clear cut exit policy for expansion.
