He is also a certified Executive Coach, Mentor, and respected thought leader.

He brings deep expertise in financial management, governance, and institutional strengthening.
A senior Indian Police Service officer of the West Bengal cadre with extensive experience in policing, investigation, public administration, and institutional leadership. He has served as Additional Commissioner of Police, Kolkata Police, and Inspector General at the Swami Vivekananda State Police Academy. His career includes leadership of significant investigations and Special Investigation Teams entrusted by the Calcutta High Court. His areas of professional interest include forensic investigation, evidence management, cybersecurity, and technology-enabled policing.
