NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of TISS INCUBE FOUNDATION, a Company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, will be held on Friday, 26th September 2025 at 11:00 am at Room No 304, Academic Building 2, Malti & AD Jal Naoroji Campus, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Deonar Farm Road, Deonar, Mumbai 400 088 to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business

1. To review and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 st March
   2025, along with the Board and Auditor’s Reports.
2. To reappoint statutory auditors and fix their remuneration, if required.
3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
